    On July 24, 2014, Special Agent with the Georgia Department of Insurance issued arrest warrants for John Paul Kill, owner of Appeal Insurance Agency for operating an unlicensed insurance company. If you have conducted business with Kill or Appeal Insurance Agency, we ask that you contact the insurance agent that sold you the insurance policy to confirm coverage.
